Silver-Plated Sauce Spoon

The silver plated sauce spoon in the Aria pattern is ideal for skimming sauces off a plate and can substitute as a fish knife. The flat-bottomed utensil was created in 1950 by Paris’ famous Lasserre restaurant. Designed in 1985 by Bernard Yot and named after a long operatic solo song, the Aria collection exemplifies the uncluttered lines of the post-modernist style popular in the 1980s.
